WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?
If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the unopened product back to the address below in its original sealed packaging. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of our receiving your returned product. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card. Please note, we do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR I NEED TO CANCEL?
If your order shows up damaged, let us know right away so we can file a claim with the carrier. Please keep the packaging for at least five business days while the claim is processed. We’ll arrange a replacement for you.
As for cancellations, our system processes orders automatically, so once placed, they generally cannot be canceled. However, if you see a “cancel” option next to your order in your account, you may still cancel it from there.

EAU DE PARFUM VS. EAU DE TOILETTE – WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE?
It comes down to concentration. Eau de Parfum (EDP) has more fragrance oils than Eau de Toilette (EDT), making it richer and longer-lasting. Pure perfume has the highest oil content, while Eau de Cologne has the lightest. -
IS THERE A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SPLASH BOTTLES AND SPRAYS?
The fragrance itself is identical. The only difference is how you apply it. Sprays tend to stay fresher longer since the bottle stays sealed, while splash bottles are more traditional. -
WHAT EXACTLY ARE “TESTERS”?
Testers are authentic fragrances originally meant for display at counters. They contain the same product as retail versions but usually come in plain boxes and may not include a cap. Because of the simpler packaging, they’re often sold at a lower price. -
WHY DO SOME MEN USE AFTERSHAVE WHILE OTHERS PREFER COLOGNE?
Aftershave products are designed for skin care after shaving. Lotions can sting slightly but close pores, balms soothe irritation, and gels both cool and relieve razor burn. Cologne, on the other hand, is purely about fragrance. -
WHAT ARE FRAGRANCE “NOTES”?
Perfumes are built in layers of notes:- Top notes: the first scent you smell, lasting 5–10 minutes.
- Middle (heart) notes: emerge within 15 minutes and can last up to an hour.
- Base notes: the deeper scents that linger for several hours.

HOW CAN I MAKE MY PERFUME LAST LONGER WITHOUT SPOILING?
Keep bottles stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Opened bottles last longer if stored inside their boxes.
