Perfume Seeker keep shipping simple and transparent. This page explains shipping charges, processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, and important shipping notices.
Shipping Rates and Costs
United States Standard Shipping
- $5.99 flat-rate shipping on orders under $58.99
- Free shipping on orders over $58.99
- Ships via UPS, FedEx, or Postal Service
Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Processing and Handling Time
Order Processing Cut-Off
Cut-off time: 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, or on weekends/holidays, are usually processed the next business day.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Delivery (U.S.)
Estimated delivery time is typically 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control such as carrier delays, weather conditions.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can also check order status by login to your account.
- Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after shipment.

Shipping Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible:

We can usually make changes only if the order has not already been processed or shipped.
Shipping Notices
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout (including apartment/unit number where applicable). We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we can arrange reshipment after confirming the correct address. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your package is lost, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us right away:

For damaged deliveries, we may request photos of the outer packaging, the shipping label, and the product(s) to help us review the issue and work with the carrier if needed. If the issue is confirmed to be carrier-related or due to an error on our side, we will guide you through the next steps and cover applicable costs where appropriate.
