Return Eligibility
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date if they are unused, unopened, and returned in original condition with original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product-safety reasons, opened or used fragrance products are generally not eligible for return unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

To request a return, use one of the options below:

- Open your order history
- Select the order and submit a return request for the eligible item

- The reason for the return (optional, but helpful)
If your return is approved, we’ll send return instructions and the correct next steps.

Approved returns should be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged in transit, or an issue caused by us), we will cover the return shipping cost or provide an appropriate solution
We do not charge restocking fees.
Refunds and Processing Time
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll initiate the refund.
- Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take upto 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order separately.
