EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • We accept returns only on unopened items in their original, sealed packaging.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in resellable condition.
  • Returns must be sent to our designated return address.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Products That Cannot Be Returned

  • We do not accept returns on cosmetics and skincare items due to health and hygiene reasons.
  • Please make your selections carefully before placing your order.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, your refund will be processed within one billing cycle.
  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
  • If your original order qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost we incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Costs and Non-Refundable Cases

Shipping costs are non-refundable in the following situations:

  • Undelivered packages
  • Unclaimed packages
  • Returned packages
  • Refused packages
