EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the policy below before sending any items back.
Eligibility for Returns
- We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date.
- We accept returns only on unopened items in their original, sealed packaging.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in resellable condition.
- Returns must be sent to our designated return address.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
Products That Cannot Be Returned
- We do not accept returns on cosmetics and skincare items due to health and hygiene reasons.
- Please make your selections carefully before placing your order.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, your refund will be processed within one billing cycle.
- Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
- If your original order qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost we incurred will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Costs and Non-Refundable Cases
Shipping costs are non-refundable in the following situations:
- Undelivered packages
- Unclaimed packages
- Returned packages
- Refused packages
