Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the item meets all of the conditions below:

  • The product is unused and unopened
  • The item is in its original sealed packaging
  • The return is received in resalable condition
  • You can provide proof of purchase (order number/receipt)

Items that have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, use one of the options below:

Option A: Request through your account

  • Log in using the email used at checkout
  • Open your order history
  • Select the order and submit a return request for the eligible item

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • The reason for the return (optional, but helpful)

If your return is approved, we’ll send return instructions and the correct next steps.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Cosmetics and skincare products
  • Any opened or used items
  • Products with missing seals or altered packaging

Please choose carefully, as these items are final sale once opened.

Return Address and Packaging

Approved returns must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Before shipping, please contact with our support, share your return tracking number after shipping with our team so we can monitor the return.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged in transit, or an issue caused by us), we will cover the return shipping cost or provide an appropriate solution

We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds and Processing Time

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll initiate the refund
  • Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take upto 10 business days for the refund to appear

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and outer packaging
  • The shipping label (if possible)

If the issue is confirmed as carrier-related or our error, we will assist with the next steps and cover applicable costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order separately.
