    Return Eligibility

    We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the item meets all of the conditions below:

    • The product is unused and unopened
    • The item is in its original sealed packaging
    • The return is received in resalable condition
    • You can provide proof of purchase (order number/receipt)

    Items that have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with are not eligible for return.

    How to Start a Return

    To request a return, use one of the options below:

    • Select the order and submit a return request for the eligible item

    • The item(s) you want to return
    • The reason for the return (optional, but helpful)

    If your return is approved, we’ll send return instructions and the correct next steps.

    Return Shipping Costs

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
    • If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged in transit, or an issue caused by us), we will cover the return shipping cost or provide an appropriate solution

    We do not charge restocking fees.

    WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR I NEED TO CANCEL?

    If your order shows up damaged, let us know right away so we can file a claim with the carrier. Please keep the packaging for at least five business days while the claim is processed. We’ll arrange a replacement for you.
    As for cancellations, our system processes orders automatically, so once placed, they generally cannot be canceled. However, if you see a “cancel” option next to your order in your account, you may still cancel it from there.

    FRAGRANCES – FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    • EAU DE PARFUM VS. EAU DE TOILETTE – WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE?
      It comes down to concentration. Eau de Parfum (EDP) has more fragrance oils than Eau de Toilette (EDT), making it richer and longer-lasting. Pure perfume has the highest oil content, while Eau de Cologne has the lightest.
    • IS THERE A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SPLASH BOTTLES AND SPRAYS?
      The fragrance itself is identical. The only difference is how you apply it. Sprays tend to stay fresher longer since the bottle stays sealed, while splash bottles are more traditional.
    • WHAT ARE FRAGRANCE “NOTES”?
      Perfumes are built in layers of notes:
      • Top notes: the first scent you smell, lasting 5–10 minutes.
      • Middle (heart) notes: emerge within 15 minutes and can last up to an hour.
      • Base notes: the deeper scents that linger for several hours.
    • HOW CAN I MAKE MY PERFUME LAST LONGER WITHOUT SPOILING?
      Keep bottles stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Opened bottles last longer if stored inside their boxes.
